Nicole M. Smith is an Associate Attorney with Kim Smith Law Group, PLLC. Prior to being admitted to the NYS Bar, she worked as a Paralegal for many years in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Medicaid, and Guardianship’s. Nicole was recently licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
Nicole attended Touro Law School at night while working full-time for Kim Smith Law Group PLLC. She graduated with her J.D., cum laude, at the top of her class. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science which she obtained at Stony Brook University, NY.
Outside of practicing law, Nicole enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her two dogs, Shelby and Dakota.
